Product
My product melted upon delivery/while I’ve been using it or is grainy. What should I do? Plus

The ingredients have different melting points. We suggest letting your product completely melt either by placing outside if it’s hot, or create a double boiler and quickly melt product. Let cool to room temperature then place closed jar in the freezer for approx 20 minutes to get it back to solid form. The efficacy of your product has not been affected.

What is my product’s shelf life/expiration? Plus

Shelf Life is 1 year from the time you open the bottle or jar. We suggest opening it within 6 months of purchase and use regularly in your self-care routine.

Are essential oils safe? Plus

Essential Oils are potent ingredients with potential medicinal benefits. We use e/o’s that are safe and well within the recommended percentages/ratio for optimal results.

How should I store my products? Plus

We recommend storing 8 Faces products out of direct sunlight and in a cool dry place between 15-25C/ 59-75F.

How long until I see results? Plus

With everyday use, you can see results within a few weeks.

 Do you test on animals? Plus

Our ingredients and finished products are not tested on animals.

What does the 8 Faces eye logo represent? Plus

We love the symbolism of the eye as a protector and as a window to the soul. We love the symbol of the jaguar on our serum box which represents beauty and grace.

Where are your products made? Plus

Our products are made in small batches in Canada.

Is it safe to use 8 Faces products while pregnant or breastfeeding? Plus

Our products are considered pregnancy safe but as with any product, we recommend consulting your doctor first.

Can there be color, texture, or scent variation between products I’ve purchased? Plus

It is totally normal for the product color to change over time and no need for concern, the product is safe to use.

Our ingredients come from plants and other natural sources with variations between batches.
As long as the product is within its shelf life it is safe to use.

Are 8 Faces products suitable for sensitive skin? Plus

We avoid synthetic fragrances and other ingredients from the  “nasty list" and use scientifically proven botanicals and safe ingredients at their optimal concentrations.

Everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend reading the ingredient list and patch test first.

To patch test apply a small amount of product behind the ear for 24-48 hours and check for any signs of irritation.
