Origin Story

Beth’s journey to creating 8 Faces was deeply personal. As someone constantly on the move, she understood the toll that a demanding schedule could take on one’s skin. During her travels, she tested various ingredients and sourced the most potent and nourishing active botanicals.

These discoveries became the foundation of 8 Faces’ indulgent, innovative skincare formulations. “I am passionate about self-care rituals both for our skin and soul,” Beth says. “8 Faces products are luxurious and pampering - they feel good, they smell good, and they’re good for your skin.” Since its inception, 8 Faces has grown and evolved, but Beth’s commitment to nurturing, effective skincare remains at the heart of the brand.

Inspired Beginnings

In 2018, while on a layover in a Paris airport, Beth Shuman had a realization: her skincare routine wasn’t cutting it—it was overly complicated. Constantly traveling the world as a TV producer, she longed for something simpler—products that felt beautiful and worked. That light-bulb moment led to 8 Faces, where self-care is sacred, simple and created to deliver real results, with a touch of the mythical infused into every product.
